LongHorn Steakhouse - West Valley City: Best Steaks & Friendly Service in Utah

This place was amazing! We ordered the Longhorn and it was probably one of the best steaks we've ever tried. It was seasoned to perfection and it was very juicy. The mac and cheese was also very yummy. Our waitress Cori was phenomenal, she was very professional and she made sure we always had a full glass. I would highly recommend giving her a try!

My family and I went on opening night, the wait was about 45 minutes, not too bad considering it was their first night. Joining the waitlist is super easy and convenient. All of the staff was great and super attentive. Food was delicious! The only complaint we had was much of the food was a little over-salted. Ive seen some other reviews mention the same, hopefully that is something they will correct. Our steaks were all cooked to how we requested, my redrock shrimp was cooked perfectly too. We will be back!

For opening week had an amazing experience here !! The staff while new was attentive and you could tell they love what they do.. I was reasonable since it was opening night. The peppered steak salad was was good however the steak was a little "Too" peppered. But overall still good. Had some potato soup that was absolutely delicious. Patrick was our server who was absolutely amazing. He knew the menus, had great recommendations.! Not sure if he is a manager, but if not he should be. I definitely will be returning to try out more menu items ..

First time eating at this location. Brand new. Friendly staff. Wait time On Monday night at 5pm was 5 minutes. Steak was very tender and high quality. I would recommend and come back

This place is fire! Steaks were cooked to perfection and actually cooked the right way, as asked, unlike other steakhouses who overcook it. So exciting to have this in west valley. The wait was wild so we ordered takeout and the take out was out together and packaged perfectly . Food was Amazing . Mashed potatoes are to die for . Steaks amazing . We loved our meals and very happy with Longhorn west valley

We've been anxiously waiting for the new Longhorn Steakhouse in West Valley to open and our first experience did not disappoint. We arrived about 5:30pm and were seated after about a 20 minute wait. Our server Leticia was friendly, quick, and helpful. All our food was fresh and delicious, with the cook on the steaks being perfect. Frederica checked on us throughout our evening and provided impeccable service to make sure we had the best experience possible. We also met Arlet the kitchen manager. Our first visit to the new location was wonderful and we are making plans to return for an upcoming birthday!
